P&J FRAGRANCE OILS 

P&J Fragrances are intended to bring back and create enjoyable memories throughout life. These recollections come from scents you experience growing up. Like the smell of fresh-baked chocolate chip cookies in the kitchen or ocean breeze on a vacation. Our oils are not only designed to bring people together but encourage creativity. While using P&J fragrance oils, you have the ability to use your imagination. However, you might not be aware of all the available creativity at your fingertips. Read below to learn about the top ways to use our oils! Then, choose one to make and create or remember lasting memories with those you love.

 

TOPS WAYS TO USE P&J FRAGRANCES

1. Candles 

The top way people use our fragrance oils is in handmade candles! Candles are a great way to set the cozy ambiance in any home to create the ultimate relaxing mood. 

Ingredients Method

Candle Container

Fill your candle container with the soy wax and empty into the top pot (x2).

Soy Wax

Attach the wick tab and wick to the bottom of your candle container.

Wick

Prop the wick with a centering tool and set the container aside.

Wick Tab

Fill the bottom pot with water halfway and place on medium heat.

Centering Tool

Place the top pot, filled with wax, onto the bottom pot.

Double Boiler

Stir until completely melted.

Dye Block

Once the temperature reaches 185°F, add 30ml of P&J Fragrance and colored dye, then stir.

Thermometer

Carefully pour the wax into a measuring cup.

30ml Fragrance Oil

Once the temperature reaches 110°F, pour the wax into your candle container.

Once completely hardened (can take 2 weeks), remove centering tool, and cut wick 1in. from top.

Light & Enjoy!

 

 

2. Soap 

From whipped soap to melt and pour to cold process, the DIY soap methods are endless! 4. Body Scrubs

One way we keep our skin happy is by creating exfoliating scrubs. Most scrubs contain moisturizing properties like carrier oils as well. Which means it will leave your skin feeling extra soft.  

 

5. Bath Bombs

There is something so satisfying and relaxing about watching a bath bomb fizz away. It is as if your worries are just melting into the warm water! Here is a generalized recipe: 

Ingredients Method

4 tbsp. Cornstarch

Add 4tbsp. of cornstarch to a large bowl.

1/2 cup Baking Soda

Add 4tbsp. of Epsom salt, 4tbsp. of citric acid, and 1/2 cup of baking soda in the same bowl.

4 tbsp. Epsom Salt

Whisk together.

1 tsp. Coconut Oil

In a small bowl, combine 1tsp. of coconut oil and spray 5 spritz of water.

4 tbsp. Citric Acid

VERY slowly pour and whisk the wet ingredients into the dry until consistency is like wet sand.

Whisk

Add 20 drops of P&J oil and stir until you find your desired scent.

Two Bowls

Combine the color you desire into the mixture.

Spray Bottle with Water

Press firmly together into the bath bomb molds, remove, and let completely harden.

20 Drops of Favorite P&J Oil

Drop in Bath and Relax.

6. Perfume Oil

Yet another simple way to use our fragrance! Develop and customize your own scent with DIY roll-on perfume. 

Ingredients Method

1/3 oz Fractionated Coconut or Jojoba Oil

In the glass vial/container, mix coconut oil and fragrance  together.

10 drops Azalea or P&J Fragrance Oil

Then, shake the container and allow it to sit overnight.

Glass Roll-On Vial *or other Container

Enjoy your custom perfume oil!

 

 

7. Layered Bath Salts

Bath salts moisturize the skin, decrease stress, help insomnia, and aid overall body pain. 

Ingredients Method

2 cup Epsom Salt

Grab a large bowl and pour Epsom salt into the bowl.

2 cup Baking Soda

Then, pour baking soda in the same bowl as the Epsom salt.

30 Drops of Desired P&J Fragrance

Add 30 drops of P&J Fragrance Oil in the same bowl.

Colored Dye *can be soap or food dye

Mix all ingredients together with a whisk or fork.

Mason Jar

Then, grab two other bowls and evenly divide the mix.

Whisk

Add colored dye to only one bowl so you can later layer.

One Large Bowl

Place the mason jar next to the two bowls and carefully layer the mix.

Two Medium Bowls

Close the jar and gift to a loved one. Or scoop into a bath and enjoy!

 

 

8. Body Butters 

Body butter is silky smooth and leaves your skin feeling incredible! Plus, you can add any of our oils to find your scented slogan. Our top recipe is this whipped body butter: 

Ingredients Method

3 tbsp. Shea Butter

Grab a medium bowl and add 3 tbsp. of Shea butter and 2 tbsp. of coconut oil.


4 tbsp. Coconut Oil

Microwave in 30 second increments and stir until fully melted.


1 tbsp. Avocado Oil

Let cool until color is opaque, soft to touch but not solid *can place in fridge. 


Microwave Safe Bowl

Once cold, add 1 tbsp. of Vitamin E oil, 1 tbsp. of Aloe Vera, 1 tbsp. of avocado oil, and 15 drops of P&J Trading oil.


Sealed Container

Whip until the consistency is thick and fluffy.

Hand or Stand Mixer

Place in a sealed jar and store in a cool area.

15 Drops of Desired P&J Trading Oil

Place on Skin & Enjoy!

 

9. Carpet Deodorizer

Sometimes, we try and try to clean our carpet, but it still stinks! Thus, you can use our oil in a carpet deodorizer that will freshen your home.
