Lavender Oil Uses - Bath Time


Taking a bath not only soothes your mind and body, but has several other health benefits. Bathing can help increase your oxygen intake, reduce pain and inflammation, and decrease anxiety. Coupled with dried lavender, it can enhance your experience more. Lavender allows your body to relax through lowering blood pressure which may help improve sleep. Thus, to kick off this year, we decided to make a relaxing bath oil scented with lavender fragrance and dried lavender petals. 

Follow along in the video above or the step-by-step instructions below. Once complete, simply place as much as you want in warm water, sit back, and relax the night away!


  • 1/4 Cup 
  • 2 Tbsp Sweet Almond Oil  
  • 1/2 Cup Dried Lavender  
  • 2 Tbsp Fractionated Coconut Oil  
  • 15 Drops P&J Lavender 
  • Stir Together  
  • Sealed Jar


  • Pour in 1/4 cup and 2 tablespoons of Almond Oil into a bowl.
  • Add 1/2 cup of dried lavender. 
  • Pour in 2 tablespoons of fractionated coconut oil. 
  • Add 15 Drops P&J Lavender Fragrance.
  • Stir together until completely combined.  
  • Pour into a sealed jar.
  • Use & Enjoy!
