
HOMEMADE FATHER'S DAY CRAFT
Are you in need for a quick and easy homemade gift for Dad? Today, we want to share with you the perfect homemade Father’s Day craft! Learn how to make both heart-shaped bacon soap and teakwood scented mustache wax. Both of these crafts only take about fifteen minutes and will leave Dad feeling the extra love. These do-it-yourself crafts are the perfect combination of both sentiment and humor. Follow along in the video above or read the step-by-step written instructions below!
WHAT YOU WILL NEED
Bacon Soap
- Shea Butter Soap Base *or goat's milk/coconut soap base
- Bronze Dye
- 60 Drops of P&J Bacon
- Silicone Heart Molds *or square
Teakwood Mustache Wax
- 1/2 Cup White Beeswax
- 1/4 Cup Sweet Almond Oil
- 10 Drops of P&J Teakwood
STEP-BY-STEP
Bacon Soap
- Cut the soap base into pieces.
- Place pieces into a microwave safe bowl.
- Microwave in 30 second increments until completely melted.
- Stir in bronze or brown dye.
- Add 60 drops of P&J Bacon and stir until blended.
- Pour into silicone molds.
- Let completely harden and remove.
- Gift to Dad for a good laugh!
Teakwood Mustache Wax
- Grab a microwave safe bowl.
- Add 1/2 cup of white beeswax pastilles to the bowl.
- Pour 1/4 cup of sweet almond oil into the same bowl and mix together.
- Microwave in 30 second increments until completely melted.
- Add 10 drops of P&J Teakwood.
- Pour into a sealed container and let completely harden.
- Wrap & gift to Dad for his mustache!
