DIY Self Care : Heating Pad & Bubble Bath Suds

DIY SELF CARE 

Self care is a vital aspect of everyday life and can drastically help your mental health. We know here at P&J, we are always in need of a little me-time whether that is sleeping in, reading a book, exercising, or making crafts. Thus, we wanted to share with you two of our favorite DIY self care recipes: bubble bath suds and a heating pad. These two self-care creations are extremely easy to make and help you relax after. Plus, the products are scented with P&J Green Tea and Rain Fragrances!

WHAT YOU WILL NEED 

Heating Pad 
  • Leg Warmers 
  • Bakers Twine
  • White Rice
  • Empty Toilet Roll 
  • 10-15 Drops of P&J Green Tea
Bubble Bath Suds 
  • Any Jar 
  • 1/4 Cup of Warm, Distilled Water 
  • 1/2 Cup of Castile Soap 
  • 1/4 Cup of Almond Oil
  • 20 Drops of P&J Rain

STEP-BY-STEP 

Heating Pad
  • Grab a leg warmer or sock. 
  • Tie bakers twin around one end of the leg warmer
  • Use empty toilet roll and funnel white rice inside.
  • Add 10-15 Drops of P&J Green Tea.
  • Tie bakers twine around the other end to close.
  • Shake the rice around to disperse the fragrance oil.
  • Let sit for at least 24 hours before use.
  • Heat in 20 second increments and enjoy!
Bubble Bath Suds
  • Grab any jar and add 1/4 cup of warm, distilled water. 
  • Then pour in 1/2 cup of castile soap and 1/4 cup of almond oil. 
  • Add 20 drops of P&J Rain. 
  • Stir (do not shake) together. 
  • Pour in the bath & enjoy!
